Lays off people on a regular basis. It's business model is not proven.

Just know that lay-offs happen all of the time.

Sun has a fantastic culture and has really turned its offerings around to be viewed as a player in today's economy. The leadership is strong and the products are truly cutting edge, particularly in the energy and sustainability areas.
