Because of the uncertain economic situation in the US, foreign competition,and high fuel costs, Ford is among the domestic automakers struggling to survive.

I did the summer HR internship with Ford and it rocked. I couldn't have chosen a better way to get into Ford.

This is from the Ford Internship Description: Opportunities are available for first-year master’s degree students with a strong emphasis on business acumen and change management skills, and we prefer a concentration in Human Resources Management or Human Resources. Juris Doctorate candidates are considered as well. We will also consider undergraduates entering their senior year. A GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale is strongly preferred.
