Hi, Gurpreet! It's great to have you here, and to see you making so many friends! I hope that you'll join some of our groups. Groups are a fun way to network, teach, learn and add to your list of friends. I would like to recommend a few. First, HRGuru Site Updates, where Katie keeps us current on all of the exciting improvements that she's always working so hard to bring to the site. Then, you might find such groups as Diversity Initiatives, Industrial Occupational Psychology, People Managers, Management Forum and Training Professionals to be useful. We have groups that are purely for fun, as well, such as Music and Workplace Humour. We even have a group for Dance! Join as many as you like. For the latest news in the world of HR, check out our updated news channel, where our featured contributor, SirFrey, keeps us educated on the latest things going on in our field. I'm looking forward to the valuable contributions that you'll be making to the discussions going on in the forums, as well.
