Hi, Kiran! It's great to have you here! First of all, I would like to let you know that if you want to respond to someone who has commented on your profile, you have to go to their profile by clicking onto their picture, and then adding your comment to their page. A very common mistake, I did it myself for a very long time when I first started! I hope that you will join some of our groups. Groups are a great way to network, learn, teach and add to your list of friends. We have so many that you would find interesting! I would like to suggest that you join Katie's group, HRGuru Site Updates, since that's where you'll keep current on all of the great improvements that she's bringing to the site. Then, you might find such groups as Recruiters, Industrial Occupational Psychology, Diversity Initiatives, Management Forum and People Managers to be valuable to you. Join as many as you like, there are groups for every interest, both fun and for more serious networking.
