    Although we haven't had a chance to speak directly yet, I believe that you are seeking a new position in HR. There is an agency in Augusta who might have some leads - MAU. The person there you might talk to is Jim Sheehan - I used to work with him and he's a good guy.

    I used to work in nursing, and I have alot of sympathy for them. Probably more than in any other field, nurses deserve the respect of their management staff. One of the most frustrating things for me was that even though I was the one on the front line, the one who knew the patient and could see what was going on, charge nurses, doctors and directors had a bad habit of looking down on the lower nurses. The basic premise of helping all employees to realise not only their own value but the value of every other member of the team is essential. Even the man who mops the floor is valuable, because a dirty floor promotes staph. Nobody wants that, because people can die from it. We have a sister site called Nurseslink. You might find some great information there, as well. Let me know if you need anything more.
