Hello my name is Dominique. I am a recent graduate with an Associates degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resource Management. Currently I am pursuing my Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management. My short-term goals are to pursue my PHR, CCP, and CBP certifications. I have a high interest in compensation, benefits, global hr, or would like to assume a role as an HR Generalist. My long-term goals are to pursue my MBA and possibly my P.h.D.
