Posted about 1 month ago hi my name is juzar.......i live in india..........i've just finisahed my BBM(IS) and have got a job in H.R support executive. I want to become a professional in H.R field.so working for H.R support executive will be favourable for me or not? And i want to do further studies in this field so which course is applicable to me.Can u plz help me out guys. Thnx |

As far as advice on schooling, many schools have programs specifically designed for the HR field; however, if you cannot find an HR program, a standard management program seems to be a good idea.
