Which School to Choose?
Posted about 1 month ago I have 10 years experience in HR skills and have decided to complete my BS simply because I cannot seem to transition jobs without one.
I can only attend school on line, so my choices are somewhat limited, but differences in cost range from $185 per credit hour to $385 per credit hour....and that's a lot of money to take out in a loan if there truly is no/little difference in the end! We're talking a $10k+ difference in tuition plus interest costs! I will achieve my PHR cert (SPHR eventually!), so I assume that will help employers chose to hire me, but will the college I obtained my degree from make a difference? Thanks for your advice! Julie |

| Posted about 1 month ago I attained my Master's degree in HRD after 10 years in the field. I can tell you it is extremely rewarding and well worth it. The graduating school in the HR arena does not make a difference. The PHR or SPHR is always a plus, so study hard and aim for success, you are on the right track! |
