My usual way to fight frustration is to just keep working and analyze my emotions about the matter.  Frustration is an emotion, and emotions rarely make good decisions.

The best way to deal frustrations would be to take a break - maybe go for a walk, and go and sit in the car, but have soem time to yourself, some space to rethink on how to let go the situation for the present,

After all each thought process is valid, it might differ in how it is interpretated.

Frustration come only as we are not able to do in what we believe in - and our strong beliefs leads to frustration.

Truthfully, I hold it all in until I'm ready to blow!  Not the best way, I know but sometimes it's effective.

But it makes it difficult to hold on to the frustrations,

when you have to hold it for too long, and then when you are there,

BEWARE is the word, or better not take chances,

but how long can we really hold together our frustrations.....

a few weeks , months,

It is difficult - as we keep on piling it on day to day basis,

I resemble Cutie in that I hold it all in until I resort to crying on the way home from work.  I think I need a refresher course in EI!

In most cases, I have no choice for I don't have support from my boss in most of the things that frustrate me or even upset me.  Sometimes, she is the problem.  So, I'll cry on the way home or have a stiff drink or two when I get home.

I think that it's heartbreaking when people have to work for people like that.  Jobs are so tight right now!  When I was young, dragon's years ago, you could walk out of one job and have another one that same day.  It just isn't that way anymore.  I really feel for you, and hope that it gets better soon!

I personally have times when I have to hold it in...it drives me nuts. Sometimes I want to just say what is on my mind and cant. But I have had times also when it is better to keep it in because you feel differently after you analize the situations. Feelings are not always right and it's best to think before you act.

Thanks, Sarah and Ashley!  Gotta hold on to my faith.  I know deep inside that my ideal or dream job is out there and I gotta exercise a little patience.  Ashely is right in that feeling are not always right.  My boyfriend keeps telling me that I gotta stop being so personal.  It is tough.  Probably because I am so compassionate of others that often I expect that same compassion shown to me.  Not always the case.

It's true.  We do have to have a thicker skin at work than in our personal lives.  It's hard to do, though.
