| Posted 4 months ago Our organization has an ethics hotline, however employees only seem to want to use it after they have been discipline, suspended or terminated. Based on that, I can't say that it is really effective, becasue these employees call and basically throw their managers and/or co-workers under the bus, becasue they want to shed bad light on others because they have been disciplined, so the information that is shared over the hotline is usally based on things that happend many moons ago, but employees want to air everything out now because they are mad at the world. |

| Posted 3 months ago I have worked with a couple of companies that had Ethics Hotlines. The hotline is extremely beneficial when it is utilized correctly. |
