Posted about 1 month ago I m from India. I completed my Bachelors and was into Recruiting . i was bothered about my figure . i was looking for a good suggestion to get to the top most position in HR...I will be very thankful |

| Posted about 1 month ago I'm presuming you're actually worried about not making enough money (rather than you body shape) when you are referring to your "figure?" With that in mind: To make it in recruiting, you need to be very social, have excellent communication skills, have great abilities to "read" people and then follow up that read with facts and observations gained from excellent interviewing techniques. You must be able to persevere in a tough market, never get discouraged, work hard, 7 days a week and always, always, be on the look for talent and building your database. Hard work and dedication and a wee bit of luck and you can make it big in recruitment. It's not as easy as it looks. Todd |
