Do candidates have the right to know?

Hi Guys
So, I am not a recruiter. I am a CTO in a boutique recruiting firm.
I am currently developing an online community that will change the way online recruiting is done.
Our concept is different from the monsters of the world.
Our Goal is to build back the trust between recruiters and candidates
· We believe that candidates are valuable.
· We believe candidates have the right to know.
· We believe candidates should plan their future.
· We believe recruiters should post job in such a way that it will produce only relevant search results
· We believe recruiters should not spend time searching for candidates
· We believe recruiters should be able to communicate with candidates and recruiters utilizing the same system
· And We believe that communication, feedbacks, reviews and knowledge sharing are the most important when you try to build trust
What do you think?
Either write to me or check our new site www.ehire.com
Thanks
Shaul
