now a days every company chooses certain candidates on the basis of their communication skills and their ability to explain some critical situations.so can anyone can explain how the human resources professional takes interviews depending on what basis

I'm not sure I understand your question. Are you asking how human resources professionals should interview given that they are supposed to be the experts?

In my view Recruitment is very vital fuctional whether it is IT or Non-IT industry. Recruitment process is typical to any specific industry. It has several stages in it.  I think we miss interpreted between two different processes - recruitment and selection.



Recruitment is the positive process inwhich we (company) try to attract the resumes of the prospect canidates. Here the number of candidates should be as large as possible to term it as an effective recruitment.



Whereas Selection is a negative process in which we shortlist the resumes/candidates on the basis of the company requirement i.e. job profile and resume / cv of the candidate (by using different test/interviews).



So the recruiment ends when we collect the cv/resumes of all the prospect candidates and Selection ends when the selected prospect candidate joins the organization.

can u just let me knoe  wt if we as hr executive are calling different people for the interview and the same replied that he /she is nt intersted then how can we convience him/her  to come for interview. and apart from recruitement there are different issues in the hr.....wt should be procedure for the performance appraisal part..i mean wt % of appraisal should we give it to the employees depending on their capability....
