For me, the key personality traits I need the most in people I work with are:  honest, honestly communicative, ethical, tons of integrity, and people who value others.   I tend to enjoy the expressive personality type and a "well-balanced" A1 type (note the well-balanced requirement.)

I prefer hard working people with a sence of humor. It is best to know when to be professional and when to have fun. Balance is the key.

I've always enjoyed working with people who know how to keep the office lighthearted whilst still carrying their fair share of the workload.  I've had employers who try to stifle this, and they really shouldn't.  Having someone who keeps people relaxed and happy in the office often contributes to productivity in the office.  Some people actually work better when they can have a natter whilst working rather than working in complete silence and stuffiness.
