Posted 2 months ago Hello! I am working for a start-up recruiting firm and we are in need of an Applicant Tracking System. I looked into Taleo, but was daunted by the up-front cost and decided to do some additional investigating. Because we have an online community, the sytem needs to be able to handle a lot of resumes, importation, and great search capabilities. | Posted 21 days ago I have used Taleo, Resumix and some home grown. Taleo is expensive - and in order to get ALL the cool tools, you have to spend even more.
