Posted 2 months ago Hi Everyone! I'd like to hear from HR people in the retail industry. My company is looking to enhance/create our Field HR presence throughout our districts. Do your companies have these positions and if so, what all do your Field HR specialists have responsibility for? Do they get involved in all areas of HR (Employee Relations, Benefits, Recruiting, etc) or do they have specialized tasks? Any feedback would be great and if you would also let me know what company you're referring to I would appreciate it. Thanks! |
