Posted 6 months ago What would you do if someone in your office totally freaked out? Would you stand back and watch or would you step in to calm them down. Take this video as an example:

| Posted 4 months ago Start evacuating, keep the enraged employee separated by staying between him and the other employees, assign 1 or 2 others to assist in the evacuation, either call the police or have an evacuating employee call the police. Engage the subject in conversation as much as possible attempting to diffuse the rage. If you can't evacuate the site and he continues to do things that could seriously hurt the other employees, take him out. Todd |
