Posted about 1 month ago My moment was not at work;however, it happened in front of coworkers. I was on my way to work in a carpool bus. I was dressed up and received many comments on my professional attire. As soon as I was stepped off the carpool bus, I fell. I had to take off my nylons.

Posted about 1 month ago it was my second day at work and I walked over to get lunch. When stepping up to grab the door my heel got caught and I fell right in front of everyone. Classic.

Posted about 1 month ago Thought I had the same color shoes on at one time. When I got to work and under the fluorescent lights, did I realize I had one black and one navy shoe on! Same size in heel and slacks were long enough that I don't think anyone noticed.

Posted about 1 month ago how about dialing into a teleconference in front of 20 people and after two rings a voice comes on and says "Hi sexy, what is your pleasure today" I think I may have dailed the wrong number.

I had just started a job in the main office. I went to use the bathroom. I sat down and promptly squirted off of there onto the floor. Now at first I couldn’t believe that a toilet had bucked me off and that I was lying on the bathroom floor touching who knows what. I got myself together and went into the office a little upset. Now pranks were common at that time so I figured someone had greased the lid with some personal lubricant or something. Why they would have that at work I don’t know. So anyway I go out into the office and ask rather loudly “who greased the toilet?” which was followed by blank stares for about 30 seconds and then the whole office broke out into hysterical laughter.

Posted about 1 month ago The black and navy shoe happened to me too Perhaps it's an HR thing. I always keep a spare pair of shoes in the back of my car and when I noticed it.

Posted about 1 month ago It's actually a very common mistake, if the shoes are alike except for the colour. The same mistake gets made with clothes, because black and deep navy are so close in colour in the indoors lighting that we have in our homes. It's a great idea, having a spare pair of shoes in your car! I got so fed up of trying to see the difference in the colours when dressing that I finally banned navy from my wardrobe!

Posted about 1 month ago I was filing away some things in the front office when I bent over and my pants ripped. Several people in the room heard the rip and knew what had happened. There was NO WAY that I could hide and pretend that it was someone else. The rip was small enough that it was not very noticeable but nonetheless embarassing.

Not my own story. During collage, I had a coworker who split his pants from zipper to belt loop. I never saw a guy that big look so terrified. (We worked in a big, busy nightclub). I told him to tie his jacket around his waist and go home and change.
