| Posted 2 months ago We had an employee shose bad behavior was always whisked away with, "Aww you know how he is." I chipped away at that until finally he was fired. The atmosphere has done a 360 flip since he has been gone! |

| Posted about 1 month ago Yes they are most high maintenance, and difficult to manage, and very frequently make you feel, GOD please help. Wish it would not be the same, Management does notice it but prefers to ignore. wish there were better ways to deal with, can anyone refer some books on how to deal with difficult employees. |

| Posted about 1 month ago Only if it would have been that easy Sometimes what is it, if not communication skills, but maybe they have something special - no man can really even help . the management is not in a state to understand and maybe the same reason they know they afre laying off in all departments but cannot reduce staff in HR. life will have solutions - take it as fun, and work as much as i can, look for another job, but what gurantee - i wont see that again, whay cant this world be a perfect ethical world to live in.
