The specialization field in the profile setup section does not permit those who specializes in more than one area.  For example, I specializes in both staffing and employee relations but I am not able to select both. Thanks.

I know what you mean.  I do a wide variety of things, and I can work for any kind of office.  Because I can't choose more than one, and only one is far too limiting, I just chose "other".  That doesn't really say much, either, but at least it isn't limiting.  Perhaps an improvement could be made on that.

I agree with "looi".  Be nice to have a little more flexibility there.

I'd also like to see the ability to add certifications, such as PHR, SPHR, GPHR.

I agree on all above.

Add "Generalist" to the title.

Ditto on everyone's reponses - as a consultant helping other HR professionals, I could have many specialization titles, but felt forced to choose "other."

That's basically what I had to do.  I took all of the tests, and passed every single one with flying colours.  So, where do we fit?  We should be able to have a category that recognizes that.
