Who is your favorite wrestler?

Posted about 1 month ago I know that this is going to be a raw topic as most of know that wrestling is fake. What I am asking is to think back to when you were really into it and didn't want to believe that wrestling was fake and think about who you always cheered for. I am from a little town in North Carolina by the name of Mooresville. There was a retired wrestler by the name of Nelson Royal (ring any bells for anyone?) who built a boot store and rodeo there after he retired. For this reason, I was raised around NASCAR (Charlotte Motor Speedway was only a 20 minute drive) and wrestling. I actually got to meet many wrestlers out of the ring and was able to go back stage many times because my Dad was friends with Nelson. I would honestly have to say out of all of the wrestlers that I have met, my least favorite has always been Ric Flair. My favorite was actually a tag-team and consisted of Ricky Steamboat and Jay Youngblood (I guess I am a little too proud of my Indian heritage!!) but wrestling would not be what it is today without............The UNDERTAKER!!!! Who's your favorite wrestler? It doesn't matter what league they are from (NWA, WCW, WWE, WWF, etc.). Dana Being happy doesn't mean everything's perfect. It means you've decided to see beyond the imperfections. |

Posted about 1 month ago I grew up with wrestling in my house. My era was when wrestling when it was the WWF. My favorite then was Bob Backland (native from CT) When it changed to the WWE, Hulk Hogan was my favorie. Today, it is a toss up between Triple H (when he's a good guy) and the Undertaker. The Undertaker is my son's personal favorite. All time favorites would be Ivan Putzki, Bruno Sammartino, Bret Hart, Andre the Giant. Gosh! Those were the days!

Posted about 1 month ago Andre the Giant, the Rock n Roll Express, the Midnight Express, Stone Cold Steve Austin, and Hulk Hogan were all some of my favorites. Personally I love the Undertaker but he and (gag) Ric Flair both need to retire quietly. They are both way too old to still be in that sport!!! Dana Being happy doesn't mean everything's perfect. It means you've decided to see beyond the imperfections.

Posted about 1 month ago Undertaker isn't that old but I do agree with you about Ric Flair. Ted Dibiase and some of the others that have been hanging around too long need to go! Including Vince himself!

Posted about 1 month ago The Undertaker is my all time favorite but I used to love some of the Tag Teams from the past - Edge & Christian, The Hardys, The Dudleys, The APA, DX, Scotty 2 Hottie & Grand Master Sexy, etc. I also liked Stone Cold and the Rock! Used to be a lot more fun!

Posted about 1 month ago Yeah, it sure isn't the same anymore. Used to be so much fun to watch and listen to the hype. Now, it seems like it's downright stupid.
Also like Steve Austin and the Rock!
