| Posted about 1 month ago When a company starts cutting benefits, employees start looking elsewhere for employment as they feel the company may not be solvent. This can result in a retention problem with additional company expenses. Recruiting new hires without a retirement plan could result in having to pay a higher salary to entice a top candidate to come on board. Find another avenue to cut corners. |
