Company Communications Checklist



Train supervisors in methods of effective communication. They should serve as a very important link between management and workers.

Solicit opinions from employees, and respond to questions and suggestions as soon as possible..

Use orientation sessions and performance reviews as part of a communications program.

Discuss the progress and goals of the firm with employees and explain any policy changes both formally and informally.
